YMK Service Cancellation Policy

 

At YMK Aesthetics, we understand that sometimes schedules change. To be fair to all clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations.

• 48-Hour Notice: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
• 24-Hour Notice or No-Show: Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend will result in a charge for the full service amount.

As a small business, last-minute cancellations can be challenging to fill and impact both our schedule and other clients’ opportunities to book. This policy ensures fairness, and we appreciate your understanding and respect. Please note that payment for all services is due at the time of the appointment.
