How to Use:

PENCIL - Apply close to lashes for a tight line, or gradually increase for a cat-eye or smoky-eye look.

LIQUID LINER - Shake before use. Apply with a very light pressure for fine lines. Add more pressure for thicker, cat-eye wings. Build to intensify color.
